The place: Fully furnished to a high standard and delicate wood floor, consists of elegant king size bedroom (memory foam mattress and pillows), new bathroom (with bath-shower), hairdryer, iron/ironing board, cosy kitchen (with fridge-freezer, washing-drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle). Spacious living room with a large and comfy double size sofa bed, smart TV, free WiFi and Netflix. Free tea and Nespresso coffee making facilities. Well equipped minibar with moderate prices. Important information: Booking website takes your payment on behalf of our property for your stay. For this reason, a security deposit of GBP 200 is required before arrival via bank transfer. Please note, foreign guests can pay the equivalent of the security deposit via cash, in their currency. Please note we are not able to accept any payment via credit cards. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

We therefore suggest organising extra cleaning services and costs, if your stay exceeds a week. For long stays, it is mandatory to contact the property to agree on any additional costs.
