Welcome to Clement House, a brand new modern ground floor apartment situated in the famous 'Bishy Road'. It is located minutes from York centre and within walking distance to York train station and York races. Clement House has been lovingly built to the highest of standards creating stylish accommodation in the city. The apartment offers an open plan lounge and sleeping area. It has one double bed and a sofa bed. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a luxury bathroom.
