Creating open plan modern living within a traditional Cotswold setting, through the use of space, light, heritage materials and bold colour schemes. The property is centrally located on Back Walls Street, 1 minute’s walking Distance from Sheep Streets busy pubs and restaurants and the popular Talbot Court. The Perfect mid-morning spot for Coffee and patisseries. The property boasts a first-floor open plan kitchen, generous breakfast bar, living room and dining spaces with ample natural daylight. An airy loft space featuring two bedrooms and office mezza-nine accessed via the central hallway is located to the second floor (Loft). The private garden offers a peaceful relaxation space with off-street car parking to the front. EV charging is also available. Access to the property via the private pathway to the side of the property towards the garden Late Check-out is available until 11am. Entrance - Access to the property is via the private entrance with boot matting to the first-floor hallway. Here you will find bench seating and coat hooks. Very wet coats can be left downstairs within the entrance lobby using the hooks above the door.
