A delightful, contemporary, ground-floor studio flat apartment up to 4 people, superbly located just a few meters from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. A modern living space comprising of a modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, further separate utility cupboard, lounge dining room overlooking the garden, beautiful bedroom, modern bathroom and 100MBPS Virgin High Speed Broadband at the property. Bedding and towels are provided. The flat is situated 2 minutes walk from Bournemouth Pier, restaurants and bars.

Bournemouth is an incredible town with many attractions for all ages. The beach and coastline offers golden sandy beaches with a promenade where you can walk to Sandbanks or Hengistbury Head. Bournemouth has a great selection of restaurants for the family in the BH2 complex to the more fine dining experience in Neo. BH2 also has the Odeon cinemas with 10 screens. If you head to the central shopping area, you'll find pop up markets and live music giving a great atmosphere. You'll also find the main bus stops and lots of shops and places for lunch/coffee. Bournemouth Gardens are a fabulous sight and worth exploring, walk from Bournemouth Pier towards the town, cross over the road and the tropical gardens extend even further towards the tennis courts and offering some unique flowers and trees due to the micro climate. From Bournemouth you can easily access Poole and Christchurch, these neighbouring towns offer their own great attractions like Sandbanks, Poole Quay, Christchurch Castle and Mudeford Beach. All worth exploring if you have a day or two spare. Bournemouth Train station gives you easy access to places like the New Forest, hope off at Brockenhurst and explore.
