This modern and spacious apartment located right in the city centre, just round the corner of main square and Swansea Castle, 5-7 min walk from train station, 10 min to Grand Theatre. 10-15 min walk get you to Swansea Marina and large sandy beach. It has Freeview TV and fast free Wi-Fi. Apartment was recently refurbished to high standards and benefits large open plan living with functional kitchen and double bedroom. Sofa bed in lounge can be used as a queen bed. No carpets and all provided duvets are anti-allergy. We provide tea, coffee, milk and selection of breakfast cereals to start your day!
Hi! After around 10 years in London we decided to move to seacoast and fall in love with Swansea. It has everything you need for good life balance - buzzing city and beautiful beaches, promenade for walks and cycling, marina with yachts and stylish restaurants... We want to invite you to enjoy every moment at your stay in Swansea in our aparment which we decorated with lot of love and care. We happy to greet our guests, but if you do not know exact time for arriving, we provide you with details of our safe key box. If you have any questions, issues or concerns, we are available by phone or WhatsApp
Apartment located right in the city centre, just next to old historical Swansea castle. New Swansea Arena is just 5-7minutes walk, nearby to Marina with nice views, bars and restaurants. Large sandy beach about 10min walking. Parc Tawe shopping centre just 3min walk from apartment with selection of shops, cinema, bowling, restaurants. LC2 waterpark only 5min walk, next to Waterfront museum. 15-20min drive get you to posh and luxury Mumbles seaside village, Brecon Beacons national park is around 1/2h driving.
