Property information

Newly refurbished one bedroom apartment in the heart of Kingsbridge. Situated on the highly sought after Embankment Road at the Riverside development with side estuary views. Access to beautiful communal gardens and on site parking (unallocated). The property benefits from a newly fitted kitchen complete with Bosch appliances, a spacious lounge with estuary views, a comfortable bedroom and a luxury bathroom. As you enter the property, on the right is a luxury family bathroom with a rain shower over bath complete with Grohe taps. On the left is a large wardrobe with frosted mirror doors with ample storage for clothes and shoes. As you move into the property, there is a spacious lounge with great views of the estuary from the large picture window. There is a three seater pale blue sofa, Smart TV and work station to enable business guests to work remotely. At the back of the property there is a small but perfectly formed kitchen. There is a Bosch oven & dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, large sink and plenty of storage. There is also a small table and two chairs. At the back of the property, there is a cosy bedroom. There is a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers and full length mirror. The bedroom is situated at the back of the property away from the road so it is quiet at night. Outside there are beautiful communal gardens at the front which guests can use which have superb views of the estuary.

Neighbourhood information

Kingsbridge is a lovely market town situated at the head of the estuary with great access to Salcombe (via boat, bus or car). There are some outstanding beaches a short drive away (Blackpool Sands, Beesands etc). The Crabshell Inn is a short walk away and ideal for drinks or all day dining.
