We will require the following prior to arrival Via our secure online Guest Registration minimum of 7 days before arrival.

* A valid personal email generic booking email cannot be accepted.

* A valid phone number including prefix code for all staying guests no phone number no access.

* An estimated time of arrival.

* A signed Group registration and £50 per person damage deposit prior to arrival no exceptions.

* A copy of ID from all parties attending the property is sent with the contract. Guest must be 21 and over unless it’s a family.

Please note security deposit requires £100 per person for those under 21.

No extra guests or visitors are allowed in the block

If our rules have been breached all guests will be removed without a refund

For guests staying more than 7 nights, Extra weekly or fortnightly cleaning fees are payable directly via invoice

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Infinity Partypadsliverpool Hen And Stag Welcome in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of £300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
