Our barns are 3 beautifully converted 2 bedroom single storey cottages, each with an open plan living and kitchen area, exposed beams and wood-burning stoves. Each barn has an outdoor terrace and garden area, as well as access to our picturesque orchard, and many footpaths across our family farm. Parking is available for up to 2 cars per barn. The kitchens are well equipped including a tower fridge freezer, integrated oven, washing machine, dishwasher, nespresso machine and microwave. The barns are suitable for all sorts of bookings including holidays, business travel, short or longer stays and are child and dog friendly.

The barns are set in gorgeous Hertfordshire countryside on our family farm, perfect for country walks, bike riding and visiting many local attractions. We are within driving distance of Cambridge and St Albans, as well as the Warner Brothers Studios to see the Harry Potter exhibition. The quaint local town of Buntingford is just 10 minutes away, and the train station to London is 15 minutes away. You can get a train to London in as little as 20 minutes! We are within walking distance of two pubs, a cafe, farm shop and Hertfordshire's only surviving windmill. In the summer we have PYO sunflowers on our farm, just a stones throw from the barns. There are many activities to entertain the children nearby, including farm visits, zoos and outward bound activities.
