The fine print
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. Smoking is strictly permitted only in the designated outdoor area provided with your accommodation. This may include a private patio, balcony, garden, or the front space of the property.
Smoking inside the property—including through open windows—is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a £250 fee, which covers the cost of additional cleaning and any potential damage caused.
Before smoking, please ensure the apartment door is fully closed to prevent smoke from entering the property. This helps us maintain a clean and fresh environment for future guests.
All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of responsibly in the ashtray or disposal box provided. Any damage caused by cigarette butts, ash, or related materials will be charged accordingly.We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). The apartment is located in the 3rd floor with no elevator.
