Beautiful seaside home and garden located 3min. walk to the beach, games, excersize machines and mini golf. A large park across the street, and shopping 5 minute walk to Lidl or take away and sit in restaurants. Prime location, 15-minute walk to town centre and pool/leisure centre or pub 5-10 minute walk. Fish and chips 2 streets over, arcades, and nightlife along the beach front. Mannings Amusements and market (on Sundays); The Shed, with exquisite shops, unique eateries, and art market throughout the property. Absolutely perfect central location to everything. The felsto and boardwalk 5-10 minutes one end, and the dolphin or La Vida's 5-10 minute walk the other way.

Loves gardening, travel, walking the beach, animals, meeting new and interesting people. Playing board games, and DIY projects and crafty ideas.

The area is a seaside escape, lazy rest town with a mixture of young and old in the area. Felixstowe has a sea 'Blue' rating.
