Company information

A department specialising in Holiday Rentals was created as there is a huge demand for this due to the areas beautiful beaches, Chichester Harbour and the lovely surrounding countryside.
Baileys are now the longest established Estate Agency in the area and after 35 years of doing business still remain firmly independent.
Our friendly and conscientious team, which includes John, Freddie, Ruaridh, Kim, Angela and of course Kevin provide unrivalled local knowledge of the area from Chichester to the coastal villages of East and West Wittering, Bracklesham Bay, Birdham and Itchenor. Their experience has built up an enormous amount of trust and a high proportion of our business comes from repeat business and recommendations from satisfied clients.
Property information
Fairhaven is in a gorgeous position overlooking the Booker Green greensward, the shoreline and the sea. The property has direct beach access and its south-facing sun balcony has glorious sweeping views across the Solent and along the coast. If this isn't enough, it is also a quick walk to East Wittering village centre for the shops and cafes.
Fairhaven is beautifully cared for and ongoing upgrades constantly enhance the guest experience. It is a distinctively constructed house with a striking pitched roof sloping low on either side to frame the sun balcony and the patio.
The interior layout is mixed between the two floors to make the most of the far-reaching views, with bedrooms and sitting rooms both up and down stairs.
It is available all year round for holidays and is equally lovely for lazy days on the beach and balcony, for autumn al fresco dining on the patio, or for coast strolling in the fresh December air.
Dogs allowed, please ask for permission from the office.
No smoking.
