Property information

A superb Detached house in an excellent residential position, being only a few minutes walk to the seafront, but also convenient for the town centre with its shops bars and restaurants, and again only moments walk from frinton's golf and tennis clubs. This house offers spacious accommodation and is ideal for a family or group of friends. The owner has agreed to accepting only 1 dog but is not allowed upstairs. Only weekly saturday to saturday bookings accepted during high season. The property offers 4 bedrooms 1 family bathroom and downstairs w.c dining room, lounge, utility room, conservatory, and off road parking.

Neighbourhood information

This house is in a quiet road and within walking distance to shops and sea front and being within the avenues has its appeal once you have crossed the railway lines at Frinton proceed down Connaught Ave which has a variety of shops until you come to the sea front turn right then along the esplanade turn right up Third Ave where there is the Rock Hotel the property is on the right there is plenty of off road parking on a gravelled drive
