Set in a new housing development less than a mile away from the M57. This peaceful haven, is a 19 minute train ride from Liverpool City Centre. If you want to be in the middle of things, for a night out, romantic get away or for work but you don't want to pay city centre prices....Look no further. We offer a unique suite, with combined living space & light cooking facility. Our suite would suit a professional needing a home while working away, visitors to our City and local attractions in Crosby, Southport or golfers wanting to make a weekend of it at Royal Birkdale or attend the races at Aintree. We are an hour away by car from Manchester should you want to explore further afield. Our suite provides a spacious bedroom with combined living space, equipped with a comfortable, hand-made king-sized bed with a medium-firm, king sized, memory foam mattress to ensure a restful nights sleep. A sofa is provided for a little bit of comfortable downtime to rest aching feet after sightseeing or to catch up on the highlights from the day's golf or the races. You will have access to an in-room kitchenette, where you will be able to prepare light snacks or light meals, the room benefits from a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle & required cutlery. To maintain your privacy & self sufficiency a continental breakfast will be provided in your room upon arrival for your use for the duration of your stay. Bedding & towels are provided. The bed is dressed the British way, if you would prefer it to be dressed in a European way (Two single duvets) please inform us during the booking process. The suite is temperature controlled as part of a centralised heating system, you are not permitted to change the main controls but if you are not warm enough we are happy to provide additional room heating or fan. The suite is not locked. This is our home and we live in it. We are honest, trusting and respectful people, welcoming you into our home and expect you to behave accordingly.

We have over 9 years experience in hosting guests and have wonderful reviews across other platforms. We are not a Hotel. We provide a home from home BnB experience but still provide high cleanliness standards. We are happy to be contacted at any point through the booking process and during your stay. We will do our best to provide accurate information about attractions that you might want to visit and local transport information. We are not professional tour guides but will assist in trip planning and provide useful websites and local information to enhance your visit. If you are booking for the Golf Open at Royal Birkdale, or a day at the races in Aintree, we are happy to provide luxury transport to the event but you will need to make your own way back. Uber and many other taxi companies operate in the area This is our home and we live in it. We are respectful of privacy and keep noise and disruption to a minimum (normal day-to-day living). We are very happy to say hello but will keep ourselves to ourselves but we will take the lead from you, we always have a good story to tell! During your stay, you will only have access to your suite. You are not permitted to access other rooms in our house.

Ideal for Liverpool, Crosby, Aintree, Royal Birkdale, Ormskirk, Formby and Manchester, which is an hour away. We have 2 lovely family pubs within walking distance of the house, a fantastic fish & chip shop, two supermarkets and parade of small independent businesses. Or take a short cab ride into Waterloo, Crosby or Formby for lots or trendy restaurants in lovely settings. If you enjoy country walks we have Lunt Meadows nature reserve virtually on our doorstep or take a trip to Crosby beach to see Anthony Gormley's 'Another Place' exposition. Southport has a wonderful promenade and funfair as well as an array of eclectic boutiques and fabulous restaurants. Ormskirk is a pretty market town offering a street market and plenty of eateries. Our area is lucky enough to boast 8 Golf Courses in a 12 mile radius or you can head into Liverpool Centre and soak up all the culture it has too offer.
