Boutique Beach Holiday Lets is a small, family run company. We are local to each and every property we run, and have the unique opportunity to unashamedly shout about the delights of The Witterings with visitors far and wide, knowing instinctively what it takes to make a perfect home from home stay.

'Elements' is furnished to a superb standard in a chic coastal style with local Witterings artwork and thoughtful touches throughout, perfect for families and friends to enjoy a seaside break. The property is situated in the very heart of Bracklesham Bay and is 10 minutes' walk to the shops, cafes and beautiful beach. The house is situated on a quiet family estate and features a large, enclosed back garden with plenty of outdoor furniture, plus driveway parking for two cars. 'Elements' is a delightful three-bedroom home beautifully furnished in a fresh, contemporary style. The property features an open plan kitchen/diner with French doors that open onto the large, enclosed garden. In the garden you will find plenty of furniture to relax and soak up the sunshine, there is a decked area plus lawn, and a trunk full of beach games. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate dining table to seat six, dishwasher, Nespresso pod machine and washing machine. On the ground floor you will also find a spacious hallway, stylish living room with flat-screen smart TV, plus additional w/c. Upstairs, the property features three beautiful guest rooms: one king-sized master bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, one twin room and one bunk room, all with super soft linen and fluffy towels. There is also a further family bathroom with shower over bath. The property has a driveway with plenty of parking for two vehicles and additional, free, on street parking.

Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone and depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep you eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk East along the beach from Bracklesham to Selsey or West towards the villages of East and West Wittering.
