We have 25 years experience in the hospitality industry and pride ourselves in customer relations, and a personal touch.

Property information

Dunperrogh, is a newly renovated ground floor apartment, situated a 'sand wedge ' distance from the 18th of the Old course. Boasting a garden and off street parking, this apartment is ideally located to enjoy the busling town of St Andrews and its golf courses. Exiting out of the front of the house all the pubs, restuarants and shops are easily accessible. Guests can enjoy this spacious fully equipped apartment which also boasts SKY T.V. There is also free fibre broadband.

Neighbourhood information

St Andrews is a bustling Golf and University town. Boasting many tourist attractions. A golfers paradise, with the 'Holy Grail' of golf The Old Course just 50 yards from Dunperrogh. Rich in history there is lots to do and see, the St Andrews Cathedral at the end of the street dating back to the 1100's is a stunning monument to visit. Visitors are spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants and bars to sample, with our local brewers providing lots of new beers to sample. The Aquarium and The Golf museum are a short walk away, the long expanse of the West Sands beach (made famous by the movie 'Chariots of Fire') is a little further away.
