Dunhallin Ard is a lovely traditional croft house, lovingly improved and kept to a high standard by the owners. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 king, one ensuite and one twin room. The garage has been converted into a games room where you can play darts ( plastic tipped) and table tennis so the children will be happy even when it rains. Truly a must visit, with it's expansive views from high on the hill over Waternish Bay, you don't even have to go outside to see them. Sit in front of the cosy log fire relax and take some time out. If you are lucky and have the right conditions, you may even see the Aurora Borealis.

Waternish is a peninsula on the the Isle of Skye. Despite being quiet and tranquil there are still things to do here. Skye Skyns is a local tannery that tans and sells it's own sheepskins. It has a seasonal cafe too. The pride of the peninsula is Loch Bay restaurant, owned and run by Michelin starred TV chef Michael Smith. This is next to the oldest pub on Skye, The Stein Inn, a great place for a pint in front of a warm fire. There are trips to St Kilda, a UNESCO world heritage site run from Stein, just a mile and a half down the road. A great location to explore Skye from too. You are only a few miles from Dunvegan Castle, home of the McLeod clan and world famous. The coral beach is not far from there either, Seychelles like looking beaches of white sand made of coral. There is plenty of life to see here including many many seals that can bed seen from shore. The 3 Chimneys, a world famous restaurant is about a 30 minute drive from here and well worth a visit if you like food. Kilt Rock, the old man of Storr, The Cullin mountains, fairy pools and fairy glen are all within easy striking distance. Come, visit, enjoy and make memories!

Additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy are not permitted. Guest numbers are checked/monitored.

Inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring service dogs. Please note that a maximum of 3 pets are allowed at the property.

EV (electric vehicle) charging from the apartment electricity outlets is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to EV (electric vehicle) charging terms and conditions will incur a £200.00 charge.

PLEASE DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, dispose of non-degradable items into the toilets or drains as the property is linked to a private septic tank. The drains will immediately become blocked - and unusable - and regrettably, any call out for blockage to the septic tank will be charged to the guest.

All rubbish/recycling must be removed from the apartment before/at departure. Regrettably, non-conformity will incur an administration charge of £20.00 deducted from the security deposit.

Ensure you do not lose the property keys or lock yourself out of the property. A replacement key fee of £10.00 will be charged in the event of lost keys and a call out charge of £40.00 will be applied if it is necessary for a member of staff to retrieve keys or replace them.

Strictly no additional services are to be added to the cable TV service and/or transferred to personal devices. Any additions will be charged for plus an administration fee of £50.

Ensure you take all of your personal items with you as regrettably, any left items to be posted back to you will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus cost of postage. Lost items will be disposed of one week after your departure date inclusive.
