Additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy are not permitted. Guest numbers are checked/monitored.
Inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring service dogs. Please note that a maximum of 3 pets are allowed at the property.
EV (electric vehicle) charging from the apartment electricity outlets is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to EV (electric vehicle) charging terms and conditions will incur a £200.00 charge.
PLEASE DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, dispose of non-degradable items into the toilets or drains as the property is linked to a private septic tank. The drains will immediately become blocked - and unusable - and regrettably, any call out for blockage to the septic tank will be charged to the guest.
All rubbish/recycling must be removed from the apartment before/at departure. Regrettably, non-conformity will incur an administration charge of £20.00 deducted from the security deposit.
Ensure you do not lose the property keys or lock yourself out of the property. A replacement key fee of £10.00 will be charged in the event of lost keys and a call out charge of £40.00 will be applied if it is necessary for a member of staff to retrieve keys or replace them.
Strictly no additional services are to be added to the cable TV service and/or transferred to personal devices. Any additions will be charged for plus an administration fee of £50.
Ensure you take all of your personal items with you as regrettably, any left items to be posted back to you will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus cost of postage. Lost items will be disposed of one week after your departure date inclusive.
