Property information

Newby Bridge Caravan Park is a perfect location for Self Catering Caravan or Cottage Holidays. Located in the Lake District National Park on the Southern tip of Windermere. Surrounded by woodlands, the Park provides a tranquil setting with an abundance of wildlife on the Park. A perfect place for those with a love of the great outdoors. Excellent facilities and easy access to a variety of walking and cycling routes, water based activities, restaurants, inns and local visitor attractions. The office/reception area is open 9am to 5pm daily during the main holiday season. The season for private Holiday Home owners is from the 1st March until 2nd January. The fleet of Self Catering Superior, Superior Plus & Premium 3 Bedroom Holiday Caravans, Cartmel Lodge, Fellside Chalet and Haverthwaite Cottage are available to hire for three/four/seven/fourteen night holidays from 1st March until 2nd January. We accept dogs in some of the Self Catering Caravans, Derwent fully adapted Accessible, Fellside Lodge and Haverthwaite Cottage.

Located to the Southern shore of Windermere within easy access to water activities including boat and canoe hire, sailing, lake cruises, restaurants, shopping, and a variety of walking and cycling routes. Windermere Lake Cruises and Lakeside Steam Railway provide a rail and cruise link link to the towns of Bowness and Ambleside to the North. The ancient village of Cartmel with its famous Priory, award winning restaurants including L’Enclume, Cartmel sticky toffee pudding and the Cartmel Racecourse is also just four miles from our front door.
