Cosy first floor apartment, located in a historic building in the heart of Dunkeld, Perthshire. Newly refurbished, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Open plan kitchen/living space with fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and dining area. Double bedroom with lots of storage and shower room. Located a short drive from the A9, 15 miles north of Perth in the heart of rural Perthshire. Dunkeld and Birnam station 10 minute walk away. All of Dunkeld's shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

Dunkeld is a historic conservation village 15 miles from Perth, with a cathedral , town square and an interesting selection of boutique shops, restaurants , cafes and pubs . It sits on the banks of the River Tay, Scotland’s longest river . Dunkeld and Birnam railway station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment . Alternatively, there is on street parking available free or a pay and display car park is a five minute walk away . Dunkeld is on the Stagecoach 23 bus route from Perth to Aberfeldy- the bus stop is a five minute walk from the apartment.
