Some details about the Guest Suite - The space consists of Combined Kitchenette, Dining and Living room. 1 x Bedroom 1 x Bathroom (Shower & Bath) with lockable private interior front door giving full privacy. Kitchenette has Air Fryer, Microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, Hob, Plates, Cups, Mugs and cutlery. The bedroom has a small double bed with orthopedic mattress and comes with full bedding. Also a large mirrored wardrobe with lots of storage and hanging space. Living space has sofa, tv, Amazon firestick, Radio, Breakfast bar and stools ideal for working. The bathroom has shower, shower curtain, mirror, soap and toothbrush holder and towels included if required.

The guest suite is accessed via our home but you will have complete privacy. I love to host but I know that this is your holiday or break away so I hand over the keys and give you a quick tour then I will you to relax and enjoy the space!

Local Area - The 2025 winning beach is a 10 minute walk away accessed via cliffs with amazing views, there are steps down directly onto the beach and back up again (if your brave enough! there a quite a few!) but you can walk/drive to the beach easily if you would rather a flat surface! Within a 10 minute walk away you have Minster Village where there is an array of local takeaways, Indian, Chinese, Fish & Chips etc, Pubs, a lovely local Restaurant (Banks Restaurant) and a wonderful Cake/Sandwich shop. London is an hour away by car and train and there are many local coastal towns a short drive or train ride away. Recently Actor Danny Dyer and his daughter have purchased a local holiday site and can often be seen around the local coastal town of Leysdown which is a great day out for families due to the array of arcades, amusements and beach.
