Enjoy your stay in our recently renovated three-bedroom house in Swanage. The house and garden have been updated to a very high standard, with stunning views towards the sea and the Purbeck Hills. Less than 0.4miles to the beach and all the amenities that Swanage can offer we are ideally located and everything is within walking distance. There is plenty of space for 6 guests and a large terrance garden with stunning views to enjoy the better weather. No pets – sorry.
Located in the Swanage Conservation area we are less than 0.4 miles from the beach. Clements House is a short walk to one of the best food pubs in Swanage the Black Swan. Just up the road is a Chinese Takeaway and the local convenience store. Walking into town gives access to the Beach, numerous restaurants, shops, and of course the Swanage railway and many walks to choose from. When you come to Swanage you really don't need to move the car. Parking is on street free of charge with some spaces right opposite. You will be able to unload right outside with more information provided in the welcome pack.
