The ground floor brings you into the hallway with storage containing cushions for outside furniture and beach items for guest use during your stay. A staircase leads up to the kitchen and open-plan style dining lounge area — with a large table for meals, and ample seating for chatting and relaxing after a long day. The kitchen features a Belfast sink, range style oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine, and comes well-equipped with utensils, crockery, pots & pans. The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating and an electric fire, perfect for the colder months. The whole area is ideal for sitting around together, enjoying the widescreen TV, whilst admiring the sights of Swanage out of the large bay window. On the second floor is a laundry room with washing machine and the first pair of bedrooms. This includes a large kingsize bedroom with modern ensuite shower room and sea views. The second bedroom consists of two sets of bunk beds sleeping four and ensuite bath, perfect for younger guests in the party. On the top floor is a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room and breath-taking views of Swanage town, the beach, and surrounding hills below. The second bedroom of this floor has a double bed - and completed with an ensuite shower room. Outside seating at the front of the property includes a large table and chairs with cushions for those warm summer evenings. Please note: there are multiple stairs and stairwells at this property, including stairs up to the front door, and stairs up to three separate floors of the building.
