A lovely 4 bedroom property on a residential estate. The property offers the option of an en-suite room on the ground floor or a room with a shared bathroom (only 2 bedrooms share this bathroom) both on the 1st floor. Situated on the edge of the estate you are close to all amenities and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bus stops. There is a driveway for parking for 2 cars or parking on the street all for no charge. (Please note that the parking is first come first served basis and parking on the drive is not guaranteed) Situated halfway between Cardiff & Swansea and just 5 minutes drive to J37 of the M4 motorway its an ideal location for exploring South West & East Wales. Bedford park is a lovely area to walk and explore nature. If you fancy a beer, there are many pubs on the main street such as the Walnut Pub, within walking distance. I highly recommend taking a trip up the hill to Cefn Cribwr and popping into the Three Horseshoes Community Pub - owned and run by the locals. It is a trek up the hill or a short bus ride, but worth it for the views to Porthcawl and Aberavon beaches. Sit on the bench at the top and enjoy the view before heading to the pub. Asda is your local supermarket and garage if you need to refuel. There is a bus stop on the main road this will take you into the seaside town of Porthcawl with many pubs, restaurants & cafe bars, beautiful beaches and of coarse the infamous Elvis Festival once a year! The journey is approx 30 mins by bus or 15 mins by taxi, The property is well placed for Margam Park, just 12 minutes by car and is a good base if you are visiting for the weekend to attend the 'In it together' festival. A must visit is Aberavon Beach just a 20 minute drive away, lots to do and see and a beautiful beach to walk along. Please note that you are booking a room in a 4 bedroom semi detached property on an estate. You will be sharing a kitchen and Bathroom, unless in the en-suite room, with the other guests.

We have taken over the baton and hope we can provide you with the welcome she did and hope you become a return guest time & time again. Now semi retired we have Holiday rented property for the past 15 years and have another property in Swansea Marina which we happy to discuss with you for your next visit. We live just 10 minutes away from this property so can be on hand quickly if needed. We have done all we can to provide a clean, well equipped property but if there is something you need please do not hesitate to let me know.
Lovely neighbourhood with corner shop, fish shop directly up from. The property has Many amenities within walking distance: - Hairdressers - Barbers - Beauty salons - Leisure centre with swimming pool, gym and sauna facilities - Library - Spar and bargain booze - Royal Mail Post Office - Bus stops, Takeaways within walking distance: - Chinese - Kebabs, burgers and pizza - Thai - Indian, You can also order via just eat and there are lots more available.
