Brada View feels like you are in a home, not just a holiday rental. Our location is often mentioned as the highlight for guests because Bamburgh is a small, quiet village and Brada View is located inside the village just a few minutes walk from the beautiful unspoilt beaches, magnificent castle, and high quality restaurants and pubs. We are very child friendly- it really is a home from home; perfect whether staying for a 3 night break or 14 night holiday. We have free dedicated off-road parking but everything is only a couple of minutes walk away. Being in Bamburgh you are in the perfect location to relax and take it easy, or get out and about exploring the many attractions that Northumberland offers. Bamburgh is unique because it is a quaint Gvillage dominated by Bamburgh Castle and surrounded by vast sandy beaches. Although it's a only a small village, Bamburgh has a good selection of restaurants, pubs, tea rooms, a butcher, two delicatessens, an ice cream parlour and gift shops. There are two children's play areas, a tennis court, a cricket and football pitch. There's a beautiful Golf course which has views across the sea to Lindisfarne and inland to the Cheviot hills. The RNLI museum dedicated to local heroine Grace Darling sits opposite historic St Aidan's church. Farne Islands boat trips from nearby Seahouses to see puffins, seals and other wildlife and you might see a dolphin or two during the trip. It's a short drive to historic Alnwick Castle and Gardens, location for many films including Harry Potter, and not far from Wooler and the Cheviot Hills, Chillingam Castle, Berwick upon Tweed and many other pretty villages and castles. Day trips by train or car to Edinburgh and Newcastle upon Tyne. Border towns, stately homes and gardens nearby.
