BELLA VISTA GUEST HOUSE has a 3 star guest accommodation rating, and a warm welcome is extended to all guests. A comfortable and pleasant guest house in which to stay, be it for a short or long break. the best bit.....we're only 150 metres to the beach and pier. Centrally situated in a garden square adjacent to the sea front and main shopping centre of Paignton. Within easy level walking distance to the beach, parks with tennis courts, bowling greens, multiplex cinema, rail, coach and bus stations. Bella Vista offers you a friendly atmosphere together with all round comfort. All bedrooms are well furnished and have ensuite EXCEPT single rooms which have private a private bathroom which is not en-suite , colour Freeview TV, hair dryer and tea making facilities. Bed Linen and towels are also included. Guests are important at Bella Vista - this is reflected by those who return regularly. Rooms are board only but on arrival you can order a breakfast hamper that's delivered to you room. (Including croissants, cereal, Breakfast shot ......natural yogurt topped with homemade compote and granola), fruit juice, hot bacon or sausage roll, fresh tea and & coffee.) On site free car parking is available for several cars, however this is weather dependant as its on the grass area of Berry square. This isn't normally an issue and we will always do our very best to accommodate your needs This is a strictly no smoking guest house Free Wifi available.

Bella Vista guest house is centrally situated on the level in a private garden square, only 150 metres to Paignton seafront. It is just a couple of minutes walk into Paignton town shops and the coach and rail stations. Offering comfortable clean fully equipped bedrooms all with their own facilities. On-site allocated parking. (however this is weather dependant)
