A modern well laid out two bedroomed ground floor apartment. Ideally located just a few minutes walk from Porth beach which is surrounded by some amazing picturesque views as well as giving you easy access to some beautiful coastal paths. The property is maintained to a high standard. It’s well equipped with everything you would require for a comfortable home from home experience.
I moved to Cornwall in 1973 and been letting these holiday properties since 1979. I live on a working farm just alone the coast in Mawgan Porth. The whole family enjoys helping to run this business.
The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet full-de-sac. There is private parking available for one car.
