Alma villa has been furnished and decorated to a high standard with your comfort in mind offering a large sized open plan living/dining kitchen, a double bedroom with a king size bed and desk space, two shower rooms and a small outside decking area. The sofa in the living room easily converts into a very comfortable double bed. The new kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine,washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer. towels, bed linen, wifi and Netflix's are all included.
I started listing our property when I gave up full time employment to raise our young children. I enjoy meeting lots of people from all walk of life. This has giving me the opportunity to meet lots of new people and spend more time at home.
Alma villa is situated in Falkirk town centre. It is walking distance from Grahmastons train station, which offers direct links to Edinburgh,Glasgow and Stirling. ( all between 20-30 minutes travel time) Falkirk is an ideal central location for those of you wishing to explore all that Scotland has to offer,whether it is exploring the historic castles in Edinburgh and Stirling, witnessing the stunning scenery of Loch Lomond and St Andrews, experiencing the bustling and exciting culture and 'food and drink' scene in Glasgow or big events such as the Edinburgh festival..
