A short walk from the picturesque waterfront village of Emsworth, Avocet Quay sits in a quiet position only yards from the sea with fabulous balcony views. Adjacent to the yacht harbour with it's own launch ramp and boat storage, it is hard to beat this unique waterside get-away.

Neighbourhood information

Built on the foreshore overlooking Emsworth harbour at the edge of Thorney Island, the house affords a quiet, secluded and rural position, enclosed by private grounds. Ideal for a wide range of activities such as sailing, cycling, walking, bird watching, fishing or just relaxing on the balcony it is the ideal waterside retreat. A short walk through the marina, then an amble beside the tranquil 'Mill Pond' brings you into the heart of Emsworth village where you will discover a wide range of homely pubs, restaurants and shops. Also mainline train services and south coast bus routes, are all within easy walking distance.
