164 Cumber Close is a 3 bedroomed pet friendly property enjoying south facing countryside views from the rear of the property and provides a delightful base from which to explore the waterside town of Salcombe and all that the South Hams has to offer. There are three bedrooms in total sleeping a total of 6 guests, bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 is furnished with a bunk bed, there is also the addition of a cot/study room, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The open plan living area provides a spacious room offering ample seating and dining with a well equipped kitchen. To the rear is an enclosed terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of 25/pet. Strictly No Smoking

It is located just 2 miles from the popular sailing town of Salcombe, with an array of popular shops and restaurants. Boasting a beautiful, scenic coastline, Salcombe is ideal for enjoying sailing, watersports, coastal walking or for simply soaking up the sunshine. Observe the plentiful wildlife in the area, including the clifftop area of Bolberry Down, visit several country houses and gardens close by or explore the nearby market town of Kingsbridge. Alternatively, drive to the National Park at Dartmoor, just 15 miles away. A perfect holiday location, with much to see and do.
