This stylish entire apartment just 20 minutes from Paris, 15 minutes from the Stade de France, the Enghien casino, and Roissy Charles De Gaulle airport offers a peaceful and green setting with its exclusive access to the garden, not overlooked , for your barbecues, and your meals. Note the proximity of 2 departmental parks. It is perfect for 4 people, a couple, a family or friends. Take advantage of all the amenities nearby while enjoying the peace and quiet of the surrounding area. Le prix du ménage est à payer sur place en liquide, il sera remboursé si l'appartement est rendu propre.
I live with my 2 teenagers, and we are happy to welcome you whatever your needs in our small house, with your independent access, we are here to make your life easier. Families, friends and couples of friends and animals are welcome with respect for the property and the neighborhood,
Close to all amenities, Paris, Enghein les Bains, with or without car, bus, tram and trains a few meters away to access: - at the STADE DE FRANCE, - PARIS Gare du Nord and CHATELET to go to all your destinations in PARIS, museum, restaurant, visit etc.... The city center just a few steps away also offers fast food, ALDI and Intermarché for your shopping. - ENGHEINS LES BAINS for the CASINO and the LAKE - At Roissy Charles de Gaulles and Orly airports
