Comfortable, old detached Burgundy house in peaceful setting 30 minutes from Dijon. Ground floor : - kitchen (old bread oven), - large dining room, - lounge (alcove, bookcase, fireplace), - bedroom (king-size bed, shower room), - WC. 1st floor : - mezzanine TV lounge, - suite with 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed, washbasin in each) with shared shower room and WC, - bedroom (4 single beds), bathroom, WC. Fenced garden with terrace. Large meadow (trees, swing). Boules pitch. Parking. Central heating (geothermal energy). Good wifi (fiber) and 4G networks which allow teleworking. All inclusive price : heating, bed linen, kitchen linen, towels, cleaning at end of stay ; household items and basic cooking ingredients are already in place. A few kilometres away : medieval village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, Alésia, Auxois park, Fontenay abbey (UNESCO World Heritage site). Dijon-Prenois racetrack 30kms. 2 small lakes in village - fishing possible (require Category 1 fishing permit). Mountain bike/hiking trails nearby.
