A beautiful Provencal style property with plenty of space for fun, relaxation and entertainment. All the property is at the disposal of holiday guests. The villa is part of a protected holiday residence "Domaine de Fayence" which is located in the well-known area "Alpes-Provence-Cotes d'Azur". The private villa has its own swimming pool with many possibilities to prepare your own food. Shops are located at a distance of approx. 2...3 km. On the ground floor, the house offers 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 double bedroom with integrated bath/toilet, a separate shower with washbasin, a separate toilet, a large living room with an open kitchen and a garage. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms with integrated bath/toilet. There are also numerous closets for storing clothes distributed in the rooms. There is also a separate toilet with access from the pool and garden and an outdoor shower for pool users.
The landlord (owner of property) is not present at the site location. A local contact person is available for reception as well as in case of problems or questions about practical matters of the house or surroundings etc... Various instructions will be sent to holiday guests before their arrival
