Chalet Quartz, located in Saint-Gervais, offers you an ideal setting for a mountain getaway. This cosy duplex features a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out bed (configuration can be changed on request), as well as a secure mezzanine with a double bed (not recommended for children under 8). There are two bathrooms, two separate toilets, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), and a capsule coffee machine. A baby cot is also available. Outside, you will find a balcony and a terrace where you can enjoy the mountain views. A ski storage room and a parking space on the property are at your disposal. IMPORTANT: If the booking is for 6 people or fewer, only two bedrooms will be available (1 double bedroom + 1 bedroom for 4 people). The residence is 100 m from a bus stop (regular line and ski bus in winter), 2 km from the centre of Saint-Gervais, and close to the Mont Blanc tramway. The Pontets Leisure Park (Les Contamines) is also worth discovering. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed. There is no air conditioning. Please do not wear shoes or bring food upstairs, and do not leave anything on the floor in the shared entrance. Please respect the neighbourhood's peace and quiet. Cleaning is your responsibility (deposit required). Sensors, inactive during your stay, ensure security without intrusive monitoring. The accommodation is equipped with water and energy-saving devices.
