Ideally located between the ocean and our beautiful lands of the Basque Country, the Etxean chalet welcomes you in the heart of the town of Hasparren in the Domaine Etchelia Residential Park. A typical village, you will appreciate its location close to all amenities and you will be able to enjoy the comfort of our T4 chalet as well as the services of the campsite "Les Terrasses de Xapitalia" including its indoor and heated swimming pool, open from May to October. One of the last Chalets of the Domaine, equipped and personalized with care, the Chalet Etxean offers you: - A capacity of 6 people. - 52 m² of living space with covered terrace and passageway of more than 13m². - 3 bedrooms, one with TV (1 double bed of 160cm x 200cm + 4 single beds of 80cm x 200cm). - A shower room. - A separate toilet. - A laundry area with washing machine. - A dining / living room area with large flat screen. - A kitchen with induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer. Many household appliances with filter coffee maker, Krups coffee maker, scales, raclette machine, oil-free fryer, steam cooker .... - A private plot of 300m². - A private car park in the immediate vicinity of the chalet. Nearby location: Cambo-les-Bains: 9km approximately 12 minutes. Bayonne: 23km approximately 24 minutes. Biarritz: 30km approximately 30 minutes. Dantxaria (Spanish border): 23km approximately 30 minutes. Departure conditions: A departure inventory with a complete inventory of the chalet must be carried out in the presence of a member of the maintenance team. You must make an appointment to set a departure time, taking into account the time required to carry out this inventory. If you leave the premises without having carried out the inventory, you are liable to have the deposit withheld if we find a breach of the internal regulations, whether in terms of damage, theft or instructions not applied.
