By booking, you accept the rules of the house (conditions) and you agree to make the house in the same condition as at your arrival
Please note that we will require you to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your ID card, and pay a security deposit of €400 upon your arrival. If we are unable to be present at your arrival, we will send the contract to you via email. In this case, please provide us with your email address and return the signed contract by email. If you are arriving independently, the security deposit will be collected as soon as possible.
The security deposit will be refunded upon your departure, after an inspection of the property.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
