Semi-detached house with patio, 485 square feet. Commun parking in the yard. House close to amenities ; half a mile from the sea, and a mile away from the city center of both Louannec and Perros-Guirec. Proximity also from restaurants, shopping centers, tourist attractions, forest hikes, historical center, beaches, casino, and many more. The House can comfortably accommodate up to six people with one king size bed, bunk beds, and a folding sofa. Travel cot can be made available.
The house is decorated with our works of arts (sculptures, frames, photography).
A quiet little neighbourhood hidden between the woods and the sea.
