Stone's throw away from the city center, 44 sqm, with old-fashioned charm in a pleasant and peaceful environment near the city center. Private entrance. Free parking in the backyard. The apartment consists of 2 rooms (one is living room) and a kitchen, as well as a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. AC is available, which is convenient during hot summer days. Suitable for 1 - 4 people.
