"La AMISTAD" 2 bedrooms Apartment with pool is located in a quiet urbanization in Calpe. It has a huge advantage in that it is located on the second floor of a two-storey building, which offers beautiful views of the sea, the city and Peñón Ifach From the large terrace and balcony in one of the bedrooms. Also the advantage of high ceilings in this apartment, which is rare in apartments in this area, and huge panoramic windows so you get a lot of space and light here. It is ideal for couples, single travelers, families with children, It's also the best solution for cycling enthusiasts, since the large area of the apartment allows you to place bicycles inside. The apartment occupies the entire second floor of a two-storey house and has a separate entrance. The house is completely remodeled in 2019. The apartment has : - 1 bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe; - 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony with amazing mountain view. - 1 bedroom with double sofa bed separated by a screen from the living room. - living room combined with a new spacious kitchen and with a dining table that can be extended for 6 persons. Also dishwasher, vitro hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishes. All appliances, furniture, plumbing and the equipment is new. - 2 bathrooms, one of them with shower tray, with washing machine and hairdryer. - free private parking for 3 cars - WIFI, TV and air conditioning included in the price - Garden and area around the pool with sun loungers and umbrellas - Bed linen and towels You can also enjoy a cozy private pool on the territory of the house, 10 meters from the entrance to the apartment . Each room has an air conditioning.
