Charming country house with private pool in Costitx, ideal for 8 people. The impressive outdoor area stands out for its lushness and beauty, with a private saltwater pool measuring 12 x 6 meters as its main attraction. Surrounded by a comfortable sun terrace with 6 loungers and two umbrellas, the pool offers a perfect space to relax in the sun or enjoy the shade with a good book. The porch next to the house, furnished with an outdoor dining area and comfortable chairs and sofa, is ideal for enjoying outdoor evenings. Additionally, the property features a spacious barbecue area under sail canopies for cooking delicious grilled recipes. The estate is fenced, ensuring total privacy despite the presence of nearby neighbors. The two-story house provides a cozy atmosphere with modern decor. The main dining-living room, with air conditioning, features two sofas, satellite TV (channels only in German), and a dining table for 8 people. This area connects to a second room equipped with armchairs, sofa, and television. The kitchen, with a charming rustic style, is equipped with a gas stove, oven, breakfast table, spacious countertops, and direct access to the outside. The house has 4 bedrooms for guests to rest. One of them, on the main floor, has 2 single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The other three are on the first floor, two with two single beds and air conditioning, and the last one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and access to a lovely terrace with unparalleled views of the green fields. There are three additional bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and two more upstairs, both with a bathtub. To complete the equipment, the house has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, as well as a crib and high chair if you are traveling with a baby. Satellite channels are only available on the TV in the dining-living room. It is possible to hear planes passing by in the area of Costitx.

Neighbourhood information

This beautiful finca is located in a quiet rural area within the municipality of Costitx. It's the perfect place to make excursions on the island thanks to the central location that allows reaching any point in a reasonable amount of time. The town is only 2.7 km away from the house and it offers basic services like a little supermarket, and some bars and restaurants. Not far away you have Sineu, with more services and the most ancient street market of the island that takes place on Wednesdays. In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is the one of es Capellans and it is about 30.1 km away. It is an amazing beach of crystal-clear waters and soft golden sand where you can also taste a succulent paella in any of the beach bars over the sand.
