Situated in Estepona, Bahia de la Plata Seafront offers accommodation with air conditioning, a restaurant and access to a garden with 2 outdoor pools with free sunbeds, and a large fitness centre and spa. Guests can enjoy from swimming the sea, about sports in the sea, or have a game of Padel for free at an indoors court. The beach is right in front of the apartment complex. The urbanization has 24/7 security. With staff speaking Spanish and English. Also, you will be received by a person speaking English and Spanish. If you any need help in Finnish, German, Swedish or English the owners are available by phone.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, sound system, very fast WiFi, a digital domotic system, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry machine-dryer, and a large terrace with furniture. The modern Scandinavian interior was created by BoConcept, a Danish brand. The apartment is on the beachfront with spectacular 180-degree sea view ranging from Marbella to Gibraltar. The main bathroom has a bathtub. Free private parking is available in the garage with direct access by elevator to the apartment. Recent repairs: balcony tiling and glazing replaced, new dishwasher and clothes washer. I find it nice to offer our high-quality apartments, where we ourselves enjoy ourselves, for rent. We usually live for half a year in Bahia de la Plata and we especially enjoy the fact that the housing company is well taken care of and the staff is friendly. When we are in Estepona, we go to many good restaurants, I play Padel or golf and dance salsa. We also have apartments in The View in Fuengirola, Asunto Oy Helsingin Kompassi in Helsinki and Whale Marina Condo in Na Jomtien.
Between the urbanization and the beach there is an exceptional sea walk, promenade that leads to Estepona in the West and towards Puerto Banus in the East. It is full of cosy bars, beach clubs and all levels of restaurants. E.g. the Hotel Kempinski is 5 min walk to the East and the Trocadero is 15 min walk to the West. The nearest airport is Malaga, 62 km, a large shopping mall 2 km, centre of Estepona 3 km, the famous Puerto Banus 17 km and Marbella centre 20 km from the accommodation. There are several golf courses within 10 km and dozens within 30 km. Places to visit by car include Gibraltar and Ronda, both less than 30 min drive. Granada (with Alhambra) takes 2h drive and great skiing (December to February) at Sierra Nevada 2.5h.
