Kindly be informed that the credit card used to book a prepaid reservation must be presented at check-in. Kindly note that pet friendly rooms are closed during 25th of March, 2023 till 15th of April,2023. Therefore, we cannot host any pet during this period. Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
Kindly be informed that we welcome pets in Renaissance Cairo Mirage City in Family rooms only, with an extra charge USD 25.00 all inclusive per night with a maximum two pets per stay and maximum of 7 KG.
Meet & Assist is through passports control upon arrival for foreigners only according to the Egyptian Tourism Police Authority. Reservation is required 48 hours in advance. Cost per person is 25$. Guest may wait for other guests on the same flight till finishing the immigration formalities. Shuttle bus is available, reservation is required 48 hours in advance.
