The apartment is located in the Presidential Suites, a prestigious residential complex with stunning private beach. The complex is directly on the beach, with restaurants and clubs in the area. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and pool-view terrace. Can comfortably host up to 6 people. Private beach is simply gorgeous and served with great restaurants and bars. Perfect for couples, families and groups of friends for a truly unforgettable vacation.

Located in the beautiful Presidential Suites residential complex, with exclusive access to 2 pools, a private beach with restaurants and bars by the sea, a reception, and guards with 24-hour security. Within easy walking distance to everything; the amazing beach, restaurants, bars, exotic juice kiosks, souvenir and excursion stores, mini markets, discos and clubs are all accessible. The apartment is sleek and well-furnished with a contemporary finish to provide all the comfort you need, as well as 24-hour security as part of the complex. Parking is free inside the residential area, just a few meters from the apartment. Why not enjoy a relaxing drink on the terrace, letting the sea breeze drift gently over you… The apartment is equipped with high-speed wifi, TVs, air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, a fully-equipped kitchen including oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee maker. Essential supplies such as sheets and towels, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel are also included in the price. Additional housekeeping is available upon request for an extra charge.
