Es cómodo y muy limpio y está en una buena ubicación, cerca del malecón y de los iconicos puentes, los restaurantes, comercios y se puede llegar a la playa caminando unos 10 minutos, además cuenta con Wi-fi 🛜 agua caliente ♨️ Ac en todas las habitaciones y estacionamiento 🆓 Le llamamos los tíos porque mi esposo y yo tuvimos una cafetería escolar y en esa escuela estudiaban mis sobrinas siempre nos pedían las cosas llamándonos tíos y pronto todos los estudiantes comenzaron a llamarnos tíos al momento de hacer sus pedidos incluyendo a los profesores y eso fue pasando año tras año con cada grupo😅 también se extendió al público en general hasta convertirnos en los tíos de todos,, hasta el día de hoy 15 años después y nos agrada 😊😊😊
Todos me conocen como Dorka soy madre de 4 y abuela de 7 solecitos ☀️ junto a mi compañero de toda la vida manejamos los alojamientos esperando brindarles siempre un servicio de su agrado.
Es la mejor zona de la provincia, ubicada en el mismo corazón de la ciudad, la calle es una cul-de-sac, lo que le otorga más seguridad y privacidad, poco ruidosa, cerca de todo, a unos cinco minutos caminando del malecón, los bancos restaurantes, farmacias, centros nocturnos y transporte público. 10 minutos caminando de la playa 🏖️ Y el museo de las ballenas, 4 minutos de la histórica iglesia evangélica ( La chorcha ) Y la catedral católica. 5 minutos del parque central y las oficinas de gobierno. 6 minutos del Hospital público La ciudad por lo general es muy segura puedes caminar libremente a cualquier hora.
