The Quartier 3.0 "alte Steigerbaude" in Bad Gottleuba-Berggiesshübel in the small district of Zwiesel is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of an apartment building and is a great alternative to youth hostels or expensive hotels. We rent 6 beds spread over 4 rooms. The accommodation has a total of 4 bedrooms for individual use, a shared kitchen with all the utensils for cooking and preparing breakfast as well as seating, two lockable shared bathrooms, free WiFi and free parking spaces. Would you like to enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun? We welcome our guests with loungers and seating on our almost 50 square meter terrace. One of our triple rooms has a separate terrace. In the quarter, each room is equipped with a wardrobe, a small desk and a smart TV. On request you can receive bed linen and towels for Euro 8/person (linen package). Alternatively, you can bring your own equipment in an environmentally friendly way. Collection of a guest tax: The guest tax is 2.80 euros per person and day of stay. The arrival and departure days are calculated together as one day. Children up to the age of 16 are exempt from paying the guest tax. The guest tax includes the free use of local transport (RVSOE, VVO) The guest tax is paid in cash on site on the day of arrival. The quarter is not only very quiet and idyllic on the edge of the forest, it also offers all visitors the right experience. Many locations are easily accessible on foot.
