Please note that there is no staffed reception in the house, but a support team, which are available by phone for any difficulties and support. This is a non-smoking apartment. Please pay attention to the following purposes to be charged extra: 1. Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros. 2. Smoke detector removed - 300 euros. 3. Violation of house rules (pets, disturbing the peace, etc.) - 150 euros. 4. Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros. 5. Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price. 6. More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night. 7. Apartment or common spaces left in an extremely dirty condition - amount of extra needed cleaning hours.

The apartment is located in the central district of OS. There you will find many bars, cafes and restaurants as well as a very good transport connection. In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is a bus stop, the "Rosenburg".
