​My name is Zoe and I am a retired teacher. My best memories are the holidays I have spent with my family in this wonderful villa which I adore and take care of. Now I only spend a couple of weeks a year here and have decided to begin renting it for some weeks.

The villa is conveniently situated along a coastal boardwalk that with a short 10 minute walk leads to the famous Fig Tree Bay within close proximity to a bustling nightlife strip, filled with shops and restaurants that offer a variety of cuisines and souvenirs for visitors to enjoy. It is next to the newest 5-star hotel in Protaras, "Sunrise Jade" offering bars and restaurants.
