Please note: We are currently taking bookings for a minimum of 7 nights plus due to high management costs. Description ; A fully equipped apartment in the heart of Peyia that is very tastefully decorated. A second family home that has brought much joy that can now shared :) The property offers two timed air-conditioned double bedrooms, an open plan lounge/dining area, along with a fully fitted kitchen with a large breakfast bar and seating. Also with timed The bathroom provides a walk-in level shower. Accessed from the lounge is a lovely balcony for alfresco dining. Multi language Satellite TV is available on a complimentary basis in the preferred language of the guest for no charge. Free Wi-fi is included. There are two communal pools one suitable for children we have some amazing beaches only 10 minutes away - in Coral Bay.There is also an allocated parking spot and a lift.
Hello my name is Maria and I am of Greek Cypriot origin but was born in the U.K. where I work as a teacher. I bought the apartment in 2012 to be used as a second holiday home for my family and have been renting it out for short holiday lets since 2022. I love to see other families enjoying their stay and do my utmost to make it memorial and comfortable for them. In Greek we say Kopyaste! You are most welcome!
The apartment is within walking distance of bars and restaurants and there is a regular bus service into Paphos Kings shopping centre and only 10 minutes to the beach. Nearby, there are water parks, a zoo, beautiful villages to visit and amazing wineries where guests can enjoy local wines. For animal lovers there is the Tala Cat Sanctuary where some local volunteers do some amazing work looking after stray cats 🐱. Nearby, also is the beautiful harbour where you can sit near the sea and enjoy a cool beer or wine 🍷 a snack of a lovely meal. You can try the local Meze or a lovely Cypriot kebab. There are also many UNESCO archaeological sits to visit.
