Enjoy the peace of being right by the beach, unique location, next to the best restaurants and stores in town. Our beachfront Villa has just been renovated so everything is brand new!!! Super comfortable and enjoyable house for families, friends, or digital nomads! Located by the beach, in a private neighborhood, with swimming pool, 3 bedrooms,4 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen, tv salon, and huge outside area to enjoy all day long and make the best BBQs!
Private neighborhood of 5 houses, located at the heart of Santa Teresa Beach. Groceries, restaurants and stores are located walking distance from the house. But you might want a car for getting to other beaches or restaurants.
