This peacefully decorated and peaceful house is located in of the finest gated communities at Lake Arenal. I recently changed the water heater to an all-electric system. The wifi is very fast, over 300MB/S This house is very stylish and relaxing, with beautiful lake and mountain views. The interiors include natural wood, marble, granite, and handcrafted tiles. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel high end appliances, elegant wood cabinets, and granite counter tops.
House with beutiful view of the impresive Arenal Lake with direct access 30 meters from the lake. Ideal for relaxing and enjoy the nature, the diversity of animals, enjoy fishing among other activities offered. Guanacaste beaches are an one hour and half from the house area also twenty kilometers from the national parks, Tenorio volcano and Arenal volcano.
