Reservations for 10 or more rooms are considered group reservations and will have a different cancellation policy than single reservations. The property will contact you to provide further information about this policy. As per Colombia´s tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 154.000 COP per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.
